Dan Fenwick is the Director of Human Resources at Oakley where he aligns business objectives with employees and management by developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan, where he and his HR team manage all matters related to employees.
An experienced HR professional, his career spans more than 30 years in leadership roles in automotive, automation & supply, and healthcare.
Dan is active board member on the Industrial Board Arbitration Committee. Prior to his role at Oakley, he was director of HR at Community Care Services; and human resources generalist at Exotic Automation and Supply.
At Oakley, he is responsible for employee and labor relations, business compliance, compensation and performance management, talent acquisition and development, legal compliance, policy development, and programs for all company facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Madonna University. continues his professional development and maintains a professional certification in human resources.
