Slater Hawes is the COO of Oakley and is responsible for the company’s operations and business strategy.

Slater has been a part of Oakley for 10 years holding various roles including plant manager, director of manufacturing and vice president. Slater has been an integral part of Oakley’s leadership team and has been directly involved in the company’s growth over the past 7 years. Slater has responsibility for Operations, IT, Human Resources, Business Development, Customer Relations, Engineering and Project Management.

Prior to joining Oakley, Slater worked for both Houghton International and Guardian industries. During his tenure at both he worked in engineering, project management and operations holding multiple positions of increasing responsibility.
